In this article I am going to walk you through another scenario of a bot enabled AgilePoint NX application where the bot is powered by Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing.
In my previous blog post on this topic, I showed an example of a bot where it collected initial information from the user using Skype and then passed on that information for further processing to AgilePoint NX. In case you want to reference to that post, here is the link.
In this new scenario we are going to utilize bot to provide some self serve capabilities right within context of AgilePoint NX task where the form which is opened passes some of the context information from form to the bot and bot intelligently starts providing user assistance by making functionality available to him which was not part of the original application.
This can be a pretty strong feature specially for customer facing personnel as they can get all this information without having to reach out to IT for further assistance. I have used voice recognition and natural language processing using Bing Speech API for this bot demo.
